Rider Fitness Classes

Do you want to improve your riding and you’re over all fitness?

Often as a coach I see riders who have developed issues related to crookedness, straightness, balance, fitness and posture, although many of these problems can be improved during your riding sessions, carrying out exercises off the horse between riding sessions that are tailored to target the muscles, tendons and the ligaments responsible for maintaining your posture, balance and flexibility in the saddle can greatly influence the way we ride.

These sessions are an overall workout to enhance your fitness and general well-being in a fun friendly environment with other riders of all levels. Working on your own strengths and weaknesses as a rider can aid confidence and produce harmony between horse and rider.

EVERY THURSDAY 7.15PM – 8PM

FUN FRIENDLY TRAINING IN THE INDOOR ARENA WITH FULLY QUALIFIED EXERCISE AND RIDING COACH

£6 PER CLASS OR £20 FOR 4 (PAID IN ADVANCE)
